Quick start

1. Install Loom Labs AI from the Shopify App Store.
2. Open Online Store → Themes → Customize → App embeds and toggle the Loom Labs AI widget on. Save.
3. In the app, open Knowledge Base and click Sync from Shopify.
4. Pick a plan on the Billing page and you're live.

Knowledge base

Loom Labs answers from your real store data. Clicking Sync from Shopify imports your products and published policies (refund, shipping, privacy, terms). Re-sync anytime you change them; the AI uses the freshest version automatically.

AI Cards

AI Cards turn live conversations into the metrics you care about. Create one by describing it in plain English — for example:

• Customers who are ready to buy and asked about price
• Angry customers who spent over $200
• Anyone asking about shipping to Canada

The AI Gateway compiles your sentence into a filter, and every new message is checked against it — so the card populates itself in real time.

Billing

All plans are billed through the Shopify Billing API in your store's currency, with a built-in free trial. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from the Billing page; Shopify prorates automatically.

Privacy & GDPR

Every merchant's data is isolated with Postgres row-level security. The mandatory Shopify compliance webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact) are handled automatically, and you can export or delete all your data anytime from Settings → Privacy & data.
